For more than 15 years, Katie coached and advised global senior executives at Goldman Sachs during her role within Pine Street, Goldman Sachs’ leadership development group for its most senior leaders and clients. During her time there, she served as an executive coach and as global head of leadership programming, designing and teaching leadership development programmes for senior leaders around the world. She is a skilled facilitator, fostering authentic and constructive dialogue among senior leadership teams.
As an executive coach, Katie is a trusted thought partner to senior leaders grappling with career transitions, business and/or cultural challenges, and driving change. Supportive and insightful, she blends an astute understanding of today’s business environment with an incisive yet empathetic approach to enable her clients to meaningfully enhance their leadership capabilities.
Alongside executive coaching, Katie advises organisations on leadership development strategy / programming, talent strategy, executive assessment, succession planning and culture change initiatives. She also works with organisations who are engaged in establishing (or evolving) their own internal leadership development institutes.
Katie holds a MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology from the London School of Economics, where she graduated top of her class, and a BA from the University of Cambridge. She holds multiple executive coaching and psychometric qualifications. She is an accredited coach through the Association for Coaching and a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
She has held several charitable trusteeships and was awarded the Freedom of the City of London in recognition of her services to education in 2024.
Katie is based in Lund, Sweden. She works with clients globally.
